Function
– Advise the Principal on the management and organization of quality assurance work.
– Advise the Rector on the internal inspection of the University.
Mission
a) Quality assurance work
– Advise and assist the Rector in directing and implementing guidelines, policies and legal documents on quality assurance.
– Develop and organize the implementation of quality assurance plans throughout the University.
– Develop regulatory documents and guidelines related to quality assurance; organize and perform the tasks of self-assessment and quality assurance of education according to current regulations.
– Guide and support the units to carry out self-assessment and quality assurance work at the unit and synthesize the results of the education quality assessment throughout the University.
– Advise the Rector to organize seminars, refresher courses, training courses or short-term training courses to improve professional capacity on quality assurance of higher education.
– Develop a survey process and design an appropriate tool system to evaluate the training program, the teaching of the lecturers, the learning of the students, the employment of the graduates; collect feedback from stakeholders on all activities of the University on an annual basis.
– Synthesize and analyze results of self-assessment activities, coordinate with units in the University to propose solutions to improve quality based on self-assessment results; to act as the focal point in the implementation of solutions to ensure education quality.
– Manage and store self-assessment records, coordinate with units in the University to regularly update evidences according to quality assurance standards.
– Develop and propagate the quality culture as well as the effectiveness of quality assurance activities to units and individuals inside and outside the school in order to raise awareness about quality assurance work.
– To assume the prime responsibility for publicizing education quality assurance conditions as prescribed.
– Organize the storage and security of the University’s database on quality assurance, quality inspection and testing.
– Make periodic and ad hoc reports as required.
b) Inspection work
– Coordinating with the units to develop inspection plans and submit them to the Rector for approval and organize the implementation of the plan in accordance with the law.
– Assist the Principal in performing the duties of receiving citizens, settling complaints and denunciations in accordance with the law on complaints and denunciations.
– Act as a focal point to help the Principal coordinate with relevant agencies, organizations and units on inspection work.

METHOD OF RECRUITMENT FOR WOMAN
Vo Truong Toan University considers admission to the Faculty of Pharmacy in 5 ways:
-Method 1 (admission based on the scores of the national high school or high school graduation exam):Admission for candidates with a total score of 3 subjects for admission is based on the scores of the high school graduation exam (or national high school) belonging to the same combination, plus priority points (if any).
-Method 2 (admission based on high school results/record grades):Have excellent academic performance in grade 12 or have a high school graduation score of 8.0 or higher.
– Method 3 (considering the combination of high school graduation exam results with high school results/record grades):total score of 3 subjects in the same selection, plus priority points (if any).
