In order to create a playground with new, attractive and diverse forms so that students can promote the creativity, intelligence and dynamism of youth. At the same time, diversify forms of communication to introduce the image of the University’s activities, create a healthy environment for students to promote their creativity, teamwork spirit, and practice skills in using equipment and applications. Apply modern technology to study and work in a positive and effective way. Vo Truong Toan University officially launched the CREATIVE WITH VTTU 2023 contest.

1. Participants
– Officials, lecturers and students who are working and studying at Vo Truong Toan University.
2. Organization time
– The time of the event is from March 28, 2023 to the end of May 5, 2023
3. Content of the contest clip
– Cover a trend on tiktok or create your own content + hashtag a specific related phrase: #VTTU, #VTTUChallenge, #SangtaocungVTTU
– Topics: Dance cover, study, school, extracurricular activities, review….
– Signs to identify VTTU in the video: school uniform, student card, CBGV card,
campus, school backpack, VTTU bear, …..
– Prioritize products with the participation of many students and staff.
– The video shows the content you want to convey, aesthetics, creativity, ideas, attracts a large number of viewers, can convey the message of VTTU with positive energy, spreading love in the community.
4. Exam rules
– Accept videos that have been recorded before but have never been uploaded or entered in any contest.
– In case of mistakes, the contestant will be responsible before the BTC for cheating.
– BTC is not responsible for videos removed due to violation of community standards.
– All contest videos will be archived and used to promote future school activities.
5. How to submit papers and calculate points
*How to submit papers
– Contestants will start participating in the contest according to the time of the contest with their tiktok account
The individual then sends the link of the contest entry to:
+ Students: JOIN THE EXAMINATION_SV
+ CBGV: JOIN THE EXAM_CBGV
– By the end of the contest time, BTC will make statistics.
* How to calculate voting points
– Statistics by heart drop + share on tiktok
– Total points are calculated by hearts + shares, 1 heart/share = 1 point
(Example: 44.5K hearts, 395 shares, total: 44,500 + 395 = 44,895 points.).
– The total score is calculated on 1 test corresponding to 1 video contest, 1 contestant can participate
compete with many videos but do not accumulate voting points.
6. Prizes
Prizes are awarded to the contested videos with the highest votes in order of ranking.
– 1 First prize: 5,000,000 VND in cash + certificate of merit.
– 1 Second prize: 3,000,000 VND in cash + certificate of merit.
– 1 Third Prize: 2,000,000 VND in cash + certificate of merit.
– 10 consolation prizes each receive 1,000,000 VND in cash + certificate of merit.
