a) Recruitment work

– Consulting, marketing issues related to enrollment activities of the whole VTTU system.
– The focal point to coordinate with relevant units to develop the annual enrollment scheme of the entire VTTU system.
– Preside over the development and coordination of enrollment plans for all levels of preschool, general education, higher education and graduate education systems of the whole VTTU in accordance with current laws and the University’s regulations.
– Presiding over the development and coordination of enrollment plans for short-term training courses (continuous training in the medical field, fostering foreign language skills, informatics, …) of the VTTU system.
– Researching policies and regulations on enrollment of the Ministry of Education and Training and related regulations to apply to the enrollment policy of VTTU.
– Perform enrollment tasks according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and the regulations of the University; annual report on enrollment as prescribed.
– Manage the operation of enrollment software; recommend software updates and upgrades when necessary.
– Coordinate with units to review and adjust professional processes related to enrollment.

b) Communication work

– Collect, edit and update information for the University’s website; regularly update and edit the introduction film of the University and its affiliated units; organize video recording and photography of the University’s activities, design publications for archiving and documenting the University’s communication activities.
– Organize communication of the University’s activities on the University’s website and other media in order to propagate and promote the brand name of Vo Truong Toan University.
– Press and media relations; monitor and gather information about newspapers, radio and other media related to the University to promptly report to the Board of Directors, propose measures to handle the above information.
– To be responsible for the content and forms of propaganda and advertising carried out by organizations and individuals inside and outside the University on the campus and around the University under the management of the University.
c) Student work
– Organizational and administrative work:
+ Organize the reception of successful candidates, arrange students into classes; appointing the temporary class staff, issue student cards, library cards; Manage and organize relevant documents for students.
+ Statistics, data synthesis and management and storage of student-related records; handle administrative procedures for students according to regulations in the learning process.
– Examination, supervision and assessment of students:
+ Monitor and evaluate the sense of learning; organize the evaluation of students’ training results; Classify and classify students at the end of each semester, school year or course according to current regulations.
+ Evaluate and comment on emulation titles and forms of commendation for collectives and individual students according to regulations.
+ Guide, check and supervise the implementation of regulations and regulations for students.
+ Monitor, advise and summarize the emulation, commendation and discipline of students according to regulations.
– Study counseling: Counseling and supporting students to develop plans and study methods suitable to their goals and personal capacity; provide information about training programs, guide students to access resources (academic, financial, technical,…) during the learning process.

d) Organizing activities among students

– Political ideology education:
+ Educating and propagating for students to master and strictly implement the guidelines and guidelines of the Party, policies and laws of the State, to form political bravery, to love the Socialist Vietnamese Fatherland, to be vigilant. and know how to criticize distorting actions and arguments against the Party and State.

+ Counseling and supporting students when facing socio-psychological problems; coordinate to organize counseling and health care services to provide necessary support and intervention when students encounter problems affecting their physical and mental health.
+ Disseminate and organize for students to fulfill their obligations under the Law on Health Insurance.
+ Organize the entrance and periodical medical examination for students; first aid, first aid, medical examination and treatment for students.
– Financial support:

j) Management of VTTU urban area and monitoring of electricity and water indicators

– Management of residents staying in VTTU Urban Area.

k) Other work

– Responsible for enrollment and boarding targets; participate in proposing and requesting the required standards of the services provided to learners.
– Coordinating the implementation of quality assurance work according to regulations.
