Announcement: “WE ARE VTTU” Artwork Competition

Dear all students, alumni as well as officers, lecturers and staff

In order to create a healthy and useful playground, develop creative thinking to help all students, alumni as well as officials, lecturers and staff who have been attached to Vo Truong Toan University. have the opportunity to learn and review the memories, meanings and traditions in the 15 years of construction and development of the University; at the same time selecting typical and meaningful works for storage and display in the traditional room of Vo Truong Toan University,

Vo Truong Toan University organizes Composing artworks for display with the theme “WE ARE VTTU” to all students, alumni as well as officials, lecturers and employees on the occasion of “Celebrating 15 years of establishment. established Vo Truong Toan University and “Celebrating the Spring of the Rabbit 2023” as follows:

1. Entries

a) Contents

– Imprint of the formation and development of VTTU.

– Expressing impressions, emotions, feelings and good memories about the school, teachers, and friends at VTTU.

– Encourage the use of VTTU’s color palette and brand identity to be included in the work.

– Express creativity and artistry.

– Have a name and description clearly stating the creative idea, the meaning of the work as well as the message the author wants to send (no more than 500 words).

b) Technical

– Material: Crafted with durable and valuable materials over time.

– Size:

Length: Minimum 50 cm.

+ Width: Minimum 40 cm.

+ High: Optional.

2. Contestants

– Units and officials, lecturers and staff of VTTU.

– Students, alumni and interested people.

3. Rules

– Authors can participate individually or in groups.

– Entries will be exhibited in the traditional room of VTTU.

– The work is scored by the Jury according to the content and technical criteria of the submitted work.

4. Request

– The author is responsible for the copyright of the submitted work.

– VTTU has the full right to use the contested works for display and exhibition in the traditional room and other forms of communication and promotion.

5. Prize structure

– 01 first prize: Medal and VND 20,000,000

– 01 second prize: Medal and 15,000,000 VND

– 01 third prize: Medal and 10,000,000 VND

– 05 consolation prizes: 2,000,000 VND

6. Time

– Receive entries for the contest: From the announcement until the end of January 12, 2023

– Location: Office of Administration.

– Exhibition and awards:  January 14, 2023.
