According to the school’s evaluation plan, in the morning of 25^th March, 2021, the Board Directors of Vo Truong Toan University welcomed the External Assessment Team of the Education Quality Assurance Center – Vinh University at the Hall Administration area.

In order to evaluate the training quality and  support for the sustainable development of Vo Truong Toan University, the Board Directors invited the External Assessment Team of the Education Quality Assurance Center – Vinh University to evaluate the education system of the school. At the Hall Administration area, in the morning of 25^th March, 2021, the Board Directors along with Falcuty’s leaders of the school welcomed the External Assessment Team to preminiarily examine the training and the facilities of Vo Truong Toan University.

At the meeting, on the side of the External Assessment Team, there are the presence of Professor and Doctor of Science Dang Ung Van – the External Assessment Team Leader, Dr. Trinh Dinh Quang –Education Assurance Center Director – Vinh University, Associate Professor, Dr Mai Van Chung – the External Assessment Team Secretary. On the side of Vo Truong Toan University, there are the presence of Dr Duong Dang Khoa –Vo Truong Toan University Rector, Dr Phan Manh Tien – School Council Advisor, People’s Physician, Associate Professor, and Doctor Truong Van Viet – Vo Truong Toan University Vice Rector, PhD. Le Ngoc Kinh - Vo Truong Toan University Vice Rector; MSc. Ho Nhat Mai Tram - Vo Truong Toan University Vice Rector; MSc. Le Thi Kim Loan - Vo Truong Toan University Vice Rector; The Head, Deputy Head of faculties and departments of Vo Truong Toan University joined together at the meeting.

After a period of independent, devoted, and hard work, the External Assessment Team examined the evaluation proof records, the campus site, the school’s facilities such as library, the labotoraries, the lecture halls, computer labs, and the hospital. During the evaluation, the External Assessment Team was explained specifically about the functions and responsibilities of each school’s falcuty by Vo Truong Toan Univerisy staffs. The External Assessment Team also wondered about several equipment facilities, the procedure in maintaining school’s equipments as well as marking some relating concerns about proof records, human resources, etc…

With the highest working spirit, during the working day, The External Assessment Team concluded several issues during the evaluation period. The Team also appreciated about the working effort, the preparation, and look forward to preparing the lists of interviewee in order to send those lists back to the Education Quality Assurance Center. In order to follow the policies of Ministry of Education and Training, The External Assessment Team urged Vo Truong Toan University staffs to provide the requested evaluation proof records as well as preparing for further communication channels.

On behalf of the Board Directors of Vo Truong Toan University, Dr. Duong Dang Khoa – Rector of Vo Truong Toan University wholeheartedly expressed the sincere gratitude toward the External Assessment Team, especially toward the Leaders of Eduation Quality Assurance Center – Vinh University. Dr. Duong Dang Khoa also articulated the determination to properly implement all the remaining criteria for school’s assessment to be successful and effective.

In the end of the preliminary evaluation day, the External Assessment Team and the Board Director agreed to sign in a memorandum of understanding, indicated the initial completion in the preparation of the upcoming offcial evaluation day which will be held from 9^th April to 14^th April, 2021.

Closing the meeting with the External Assessment Team, on behalf of Board Directors, People’s Physician, Associate Professor, and Doctor Truong Van Viet – Vice Rector of Vo Truong Toan University presented flowers and sincere gratitude toward the External Assessment Team because of the great help to perfect related issues for upcoming official assessment.
