The dormitory of Vo Truong Toan University with a modern and comfortable model finished in the June of 2010 is one of the important development stages in the development scale that is more and more well-rounded and stable of Vo Truong Toan University.

The dormitory is situated in the university campus.

The dormitory, which is situated in the university campus, also belongs to the infrastructure of Vo Truong ToanUniversity. Each student takes advantage of the dormitory conditions to live as well as study well.

The entrance to the university is a two-lane particular way, each side is 5 meters wide, with pavements for pedestrians from the dormitory to the lecture buildings. The way has 3 rows of plants, 2 rows alongside the pavement and one row alongside the separator with a special lighting system. The dormitory has a particular parking lot, and students have to check in the parking ticket once with the security guard at the gate.

On the University Entrance Exam, Vo Truong Toan University dormitory welcomed candidates from other rural provinces to get their free lodgings. However, students and their parents’ accommodation was assured to the best.

There are two types of rooms: standard room and full- service room

1. Standard room:

Each room is 40 meter square with two double beds for each students, ceramic floor and two toilets, bathrooms which have showers and sinks. There are 4 to 6 students in each room. Besides that, there are a lot of facilities such as dining rooms, playground and sport courts.

- Full- service room- type 1:

Each room is 25 meter square with ceramic floor, toilets and bathrooms (showers, sinks and electric water heater). The room is equipped with some commodities such as air- conditioner, TV, fridge and beds with mattress, pillows. There are two students in each room. They can cook by themselves in a separate section. Every week, there is a cleaner whose job is cleaning all rooms.

Full service room - Type 1

- Full- service room- type 2:

Vo Truong Toan University residential area also has two buildings consisting of many apartments and villas with deluxe rooms.

All apartments are locating in the university campus. Each is 32.5 meter square (6.5 m x 5 m). It has ceramic floor and consists of 4 rooms: a bedroom, a kitchen, a toilet and a living room. There are two students in each apartment. There are also an elevator, playground, and safeguards (24/24 hours).

Villas are in the university campus. Each room is designed in a modern and friendly way which takes advantage of wind flow, sun light. Each room is 32 meter square, and it is equipped with full of facilities such as air conditioner, TV, fridge, bed, mattress and etc.

Each room has a window or a balcony viewing the whole scenery of the university. Kitchen and garage are in the ground floor. There are two students in each room. All the forms of entertainment and security are provided. There are safeguards all days.
